A1 Energy Consultants are SEAI registered and can provide you with Provisional Building Energy Rating (BER) documentation which is required together with a TGD 2019 Part L compliance report for your planning commencement notice, we can also provide you with the Final handover BER Documentation which is required by law for all properties being sold or let in Ireland. The Final BER certificate and associated Advisory Report are normally included in the homeowner handover information  pack.
